Programme Overview
Industrial and Systems engineers improve systems and processes so they run more profitably, efficiently and safely. At NUS, you’ll learn to use mathematical tools for modelling, computational methods for optimisation, and the tools of data science and AI to understand complex systems. Combined with a business mindset and management skills, ISE prepares you to help organisations do things better. You can specialise in Analytics and Decision Intelligence, Supply Chain Analytics, or Sustainability Analytics, or take a minor in Data Engineering. ISE graduates report consistently high starting salaries and strong employment rates. If you’re more interested in the data science and analytics side without the engineering context, consider Business Analytics or Data Science.
