Delivery & Refund Policy

1. Service Delivery

Online Courses

  • Course access details (class link, schedule, teacher information) will be provided via email or WeChat within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
  • All online courses are conducted via video conferencing platforms.

Offline Courses

  • Venue location, schedule, and relevant details will be confirmed via email or WeChat within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

Consultancy Services

  • An initial consultation will be scheduled within 3 business days of confirmed payment.
  • Service timeline and deliverables will be agreed upon during the initial consultation.

2. Trial Class

  • Trial class fee: S$40 per session.
  • No refund after the trial class has been delivered.
  • Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled class time.

3. Group Courses

  • No refund once payment is made.
  • Course credit may be transferred to another Oak Education course of equal or lesser value. Any price difference for a higher-value course must be paid separately.
  • For missed classes, a class recording will be provided where available. No refund will be issued for missed classes.

4. Consultancy Services

  • An initial deposit is required and is non-refundable.
  • If the client cancels the engagement midway, a refund will be provided for undelivered portions of the service, minus the initial deposit.
  • If Oak Education is unable to deliver the agreed service, a full refund will be provided.
  • No refund will be issued after the service has been fully delivered.

5. Refund Processing

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Oakeducation.sg@gmail.com within 7 days of the relevant event.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemic-related disruptions), refund and rescheduling arrangements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
