Matthew has taught mathematics for more than 13 years, working with over 200 students from school level through university. A University of Toronto graduate in Mathematics and Psychology and an IB student himself, he has built an independent teaching practice entirely on word of mouth and referrals. He knows the Ontario high school math sequence (Functions, Advanced Functions, Calculus and Vectors) inside out and has authored his own practice workbooks, and his students typically see grade improvements of 15 to 25 percent. Beyond marks, he focuses on building real confidence in math, and several families have stayed with him for many years.
